Balance Beams

Balance beam is a horizontal raised beam with a width of 10 centimeters (4 inches) and a length of 5 meters (16 feet) that is used in gymnastic competition for balancing exercises.

The Adjustable Beam has nothing to lock, loosen or latch. One just needs to turn a handle at either end and the entire beam top moves up or down as one piece.

The one piece bottom section eliminates the lateral shifting common in other boards. The board is both highly resilient and extremely stable. The Accelerator performs exceptionally well for a broad range of vaulting abilities and age levels. If stiffness adjustment is necessary, it is quickly and easily accomplished by a simple change of one or two springs at the center front.

The Accelerator springs (6 standard and 2 firm) are wound with a special alloy and guaranteed to maintain their integrity. The convenient easy-carry handles are incorporated into the base.

Vault Runway

The International Runway system includes the vault runway, carpet covered plywood base platforms, steel mounting brackets, and the Accelerator Board. Tracks securely hold the position of the springboard for maximum projection and are calibrated for re-positioning adjustments.

Single Bar Trainer

The Single Bar Trainer is a super work station to learn and perfect skills. Our Ultra-Flex Round Rail provides a secure grip for smaller hands. Rail adjustment is easy and adjusts quickly from 64 7/8" (165 cm) to 106 1/4" (270 cm).

Round Off Vault Mat

The Round-Off Vault Mat surrounds the vaulting board giving a larger safety zone target area during elite level round-off entry vaults. The mat cannot and does not eliminate the possibility of very serious injury during this particular vault.

The vault mat is constructed of a combination of polyethylene and polyurethane foams for added strength and durability and covered with strong, PVC vinyl. Three handles facilitate movement.

The 3 piece system meets all specifications for Level 4 Jr. Olympic Vault. The base pit is 5' x 10' x 32" and includes 2 additional mats 5' x 10' x 8" providing 32" 40" & 48" landing surfaces.

Yellow velcro strips are permanently attached 32" from the front edge of each section. Measuring and taping is not required. 8" mats secure to the pit top with 4" velcro. All mats are covered in tough, PVC vinyl and breather mesh for durability. Inner foam is prime, 100% unfilled polyurethane - single layer in the 8" mats and lattice construction in the pit, providing outstanding shock absorption.

Foam Table Trainer

The Foam Table Trainer facilitates skill progression training for gymnasts using the regulation Vault Table. Beginners will appreciate learning at the shortest size and adding sections as their skills develop. Constructed of very high density polyurethane with rigid polyethylene reinforcement ensures maximum surface stability.

Velcro secures the sections together and firmly keeps it in place on a carpeted surface. Duplicating a regulation table in configuration, the foam trainer also has a removable synthetic suede top pad. Additional 10cm blocks are taken to achieve men's height, if required.

Vault Horses

The top surface of the Ultra-spring horse has a markedly cushy, springy feel. The covering is naturally non slipping real leather. Leather is not used by many manufacturers because, in most parts of the world, it is prohibitively expensive.

This horse is an excellent performer. It has the synthetic suede like surface. The body is made of durable hardwood core, padded with 1" of polyethylene foam and covered in synthetic suede. Height adjusts from 39.5" (100cm) to 55.125" (140cm).

This horse was specially designed to be used as a training horse next to a pit. It stands on a pedestal which can be bolted directly to the floor next to your pit so there is no overhanging base. It can be swiveled easily to be a men's long horse or a women's side horse.

Horizontal Bars

The Competition High Bar is manufactured with exclusive 8 point cable attachment system. Maximum flexibility is obtained with 4 point attachment on the head castings and 4 point attachment on the uprights. Large and small gymnasts can substantially adjust and tune the degree of flexibility in the uprights and rail that they require for today's competitive skills.

Height is quickly and easily adjusted from 100.39" (255 cm) to 116.14" (295 cm). Meets F.I.G. specs and higher. Recommended for elite competitive training. The exclusive steel Safety Rail is reinforced with cable as an added safeguard against rail breakage.

Pommel Horses

The Leather Pommel Horse offers exceptional padded comfort and stability for the gymnast. The horse body is constructed of durable hardwood and padded with 1" of reinforced polyethylene foam. The top surface is premium cow hide, hand upholstered for durability. Where pommels attach, the horse body is double reinforced on the under side with a special grade hardwood and rubber to ensure there is no pommel movement.

The heavy weighted pedestal base provides great stability. Horses come complete with pommel. Height adjustment from 39.5" (100 cm) to 55.125" (140 cm) is fast and locks securely into position with a double safety lock system.

All basic construction features of the Synthetic Pommel Horse are identical except for upholstery which is fully padded, synthetic suede.

Floor Buck

Floor buck is a Standard Pommel Horse width with regulation pommel. 32" long and 12" high including base. It is constructed of durable hardwood, padded with reinforced polyethylene foam and upholstered in premium leather.

The popular Buck Horse is adjustable to teach a wide range of basic vault and pommel horse skill progressions. The vault body is fully padded and hand upholstered in synthetic suede. Height adjusts quickly and easily from 24 3/4" to 30 3/4".

Parallel Bars

Parallel Bars is an apparatus for gymnastic exercises consisting of two horizontal bars set parallel to each other in adjustable upright supports and used mainly for swinging maneuvers. Competition Parallel Bars feature coned reinforcement of the steel uprights and added base weight for maximum stability and rigidity. This is very important with the new side mounts and giant swings being executed at the new F.I.G. spec.

Adjusting tubes are quickly and easily secured by two separate locking mechanisms. Extra wide, non-marking foot pads grip the floor well and provide a stable platform. Height adjusts from 54 3/4" (135 cm) to 80 3/4" (205 cm). Width adjusts from 14" (35 cm) to 25 1/2" (64.7 cm). Parallel Bars are mostly pre-assembled at the factory to ensure perfect alignment and adjustment of rails.

Ring Frames

The tower features an adjustable, shock absorbing spring system. This exclusive internal design provides a wider range of adjustment from firm to soft which relieves the stress and impact forces normally associated with ring work. Wood rings are suspended by leather straps and plastic encased cables.

Landing Mats

Mats are one of the most universally used pieces of equipment in a gym, whether tumbling, spotting or participating in any action sport. Custom designed to absorb a great deal of impact and force, mats provide additional cushion to build confidence when training or performing. Landing mats are available to meet international sports specifications.

Encased in vinyl, topped with nylon mesh breather fabric and filled with poly foam, these mats are usually available in red, yellow, white and green colors in custom sizes. The typical graphics are mascots, logos, and coordinating set scenes/designs.

Filled with polyethylene and covered with vinyl, mats come with hook and loop closures on 2 or 4 sides. With hook and loop closures mats can be used as stage padding or wall padding using the wall mounting strips.

Fitted Apparatus Mats

The fitted apparatus mats offer similar protection as is found in the competition landing mats. They have polyurethane and polyethylene hard side/ soft side construction covered in PVC coated vinyl.

The Pommel Horse Mat is manufactured in two sections, held together with velcro. The Parallel Bar Mat is manufactured in 5 sections, all joined with velcro. All protruding parts on the steel bases are protected and a center base mat completely covers the gym floor between the bases. Removable cutouts at both ends of the Bars allow for springboard placement.

Training Mats

Training Mats are manufactured with a soft core of prime 100% unfilled polyurethane foam for excellent protective cushioning during training. Because it has absolutely no fillers, the longevity of the foam increases substantially over cheaper grades of polyurethane. Even after several years of pounding, polyurethane continues to provide outstanding shock absorption qualities.

Mats are covered with rugged PVC coated vinyl, double sewn for durability. One mesh side on each mat allows proper air escape on impact. All mats have 8 handles and heavy duty, industrial strength zippers.

Throw Mats

Throw Mats offer a lot of cushioned padding on landing, to avoid injury to the maximum. Covered in vinyl with top surface mesh and filled with a softer density of polyurethane foam, it is intended for use in conjunction with other mats or on gymnastic floor surfaces.

Soft Spot, the 'no-sting' throw mat, minimizes injury on every landing. It feels great and is comfortable due to full 2 inches thickness. Rebond foam is covered with mesh. One can simply throw it down on top of the landing mat or drape it over bars or beam, any time extra cushioning is required.

Exercise Mats

Exercise mats are available for use universally, in all school or exercise environments. These mats are encased in vinyl and filled with urethane. Exercise mats are available in folding and non-folding types. Blue, red, yellow, white and green are the most used colors.

Combo Mats

The Combo mats are available in 2' wide panels, folding in 2' sections for easy storage. Combo mats are great for a softer landing surface but a firm foam on the bottom to absorb the impact. Filled with polyethylene and poly foam and covered in vinyl.

Mats come with hook and loop closures on 2 or 4 sides. With hook and loop closures, mats can be used as stage padding or wall padding using the wall mounting strips.

Rollable Free C-Floor

Rolls are lightweight, easy to transport and easy to roll into position. Flat on the floor or rolled for transport, each roll is easily moved by two people. An entire 42' x 42' surface is positioned in just a few minutes. Set-up is safe, quick and easy.

The needle punch carpet provides unprecedented durability and non-slip traction. This 26 oz. material is the strongest carpet used anywhere in the gymnastics industry, yet it is soft, with the touch of velour. The polyolifin fibers (pile, nap) of the carpet are not stringy and cannot be pulled out by velcro, a problem common to cheaper, lighter weight carpets.

Other polyethylene foams may look and feel like Trocellen, but without its unique chemical composition, they are unable to provide the shock absorption and resiliency that Trocellen offers.

The bond between the carpet and foam is critical. Of late, the floors are not glued, which is traditionally an unsatisfactory method of bonding. During manufacturing, the foam liquefies. In the cooling process, the carpet and foam substrates actually become one piece, creating a permanent, virtually indestructible bond.
