2. Dispatch Policy. If goods are not available for immediate dispatch we will contact you and offer you the option of either cancelling or purchasing an alternative product. While we make every effort to ensure deliveries are on time we are not liable for late deliveries caused by our suppliers or their carriers.

3. Prices and Tax. Prices normally include postage and packing throughout mainland UK (except for remote regions on some items) unless specifically stated. Please ask regarding additional charges to offshore destinations and abroad. We are delighted to answer all inquiries. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, VAT will be deducted from the total price. Delivery to non-European countries may result in import duties payable on receipt of the goods. You will be liable for such duties. Special arrangements are available for British forces serving overseas. We can also arrange VAT free purchasing where applicable (e.g. qualifying medical situations).

4. Online Orders. If you place an order online you will automatically receive a confirmation email giving you a summary of what you have ordered and a tracking number.

5. Cancellation and Returns. YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKAGING. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RE-PACK ANY ITEMS IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR RETURN TO ARGOS SPORTS. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY ITEMS FOR RETURN THAT ARE NOT IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING

All our products carry at least a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. Longer guarantees are normally shown on the product page. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have a right to cancel the contract, return the goods in good condition and receive either a full refund of your monies or replacement goods. If returning non-faulty goods you are liable for any carriage costs incurred. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee.

6. Disclaimer. Every effort is made to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate and up to date. However, Argos Sports. cannot be held liable for mistakes or omissions.

7. Title of Goods. Title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid in full.

8. Confidentiality. All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

9. Jurisdiction. The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

10. Consumer Rights. None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.

11. ACCEPTING DELIVERY.Once you have ordered your goods you have a responsibility to be available to accept delivery! We strongly advise that you personally accept delivery. Please follow this procedure on delivery- Failure to complete any of the following tasks, may nullify any claim by you for damaged goods or non-delivery. Always carefully unwrap the goods whilst the carrier waits. If any damage has occurred during transit, this is your ONLY opportunity to declare this and NOT ACCEPT the goods- DO NOT SIGN! Always check the delivery note and delivery is correct BEFORE releasing the carrier and signing acceptance. A signature is acceptance that the goods have been received in satisfactory order –unless the statement “delivered in good condition” is crossed out. “Unchecked” will not be accepted as a conditional signature.

12. Delivery Shortages or Damages. Always keep the wrapping! To validate the warranty, you will be required to re-package securely any faulty items for return to us. Please notify us with 48 hours of the delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Delivery. All orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received. Normal delivery time is 5-10 working days. Please note that your order will arrive without prior notification. A card will be left if no one is home & the goods returned to the local depot to await your contact. Please be aware that many carriers have a ‘kerbside delivery only’ policy and so it is advisable for you to have assistance available if you think it is necessary. This is especially relevant to blocks of flats. If a specific time has been arranged for delivery and the carrier arrives at that time and there is no one to accept the package a card will be left if no one is home & the goods returned to the local depot to await your contact. You will be responsible for all additional delivery charges incurred.
